At the heart of our business is a commitment to getting your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We partner with Australia Post and Direct Freight Express for domestic deliveries, and DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and Australia Post for our international clients.
1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We believe in transparent pricing. Your specific shipping charges and estimated transit times are always visible at checkout. Here is our guide to free shipping thresholds:
- Metro Australia: Free standard delivery on orders over $250 (Excl. GST).
- Regional Australia: Free standard delivery on orders over $375 (excluding bulky items).
- International: Free delivery on orders over AUD $1000 (excluding bulky items).
- Small Orders: For orders below these amounts, shipping starts from $8.00.
Note: Custom shipping quotes are available for bulky items, same-day delivery requests, and specialized international orders.
2. Dispatch & "Rush" Orders
We know you need your stock fast, so we work hard to maintain a quick turnaround:
- Standard Dispatch: Every order paid for by 10:00 AM (AEST) on a business day is dispatched from our warehouse that same day.
- Priority Same-Day Dispatch: If you’ve missed the 10:00 AM cutoff but urgently need your order sent out immediately, please get in touch with us. A priority handling fee of $30.00 + GST applies to move your order to the front of the queue for same-day dispatch.
3. Transit Guidelines
While we dispatch quickly, actual transit times depend on the courier service. Please use these as a general guide:
- Sydney Metro: 1–3 working days
- Other NSW: 2–4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro: 1–4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2–7 working days
4. Delivery Access & Additional Fees
To help us keep costs low for everyone, please ensure your delivery address is attended and accessible during business hours.
- Redelivery Fees: If a courier cannot access your location (e.g., locked gates or no one available to sign), they may charge a redelivery fee. We will pass this cost on to you for payment on the second delivery attempt.
- Return to Sender (RTS): If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the courier charges us a return fee. This fee varies by service and will be passed on to the customer.
- PO Boxes: Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes; however, Direct Freight Express and DHL require a physical street address.
5. If Something Goes Wrong
We take great care in packing your orders, but we know the road can be bumpy sometimes.
- Reporting Damage: Please inspect your delivery immediately. Any damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
- Lost Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels reported more than 14 days after the dispatch date.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If you request a parcel to be left without a signature, the responsibility for the package passes to you once the courier marks it as "Delivered."
